Course curriculum of G-Aspire has been made after a careful study of the job markets in Sri Lanka and overseas and an assessment of the lacking skills of university graduates today . Skills that have never been thought in universities like communication ,coping skills ,critical thinking ,creativity interviewing skills are taught in a total different learning environment . KU's teaching methodology is innovative and result oriented .
The 4 years study made on the skills of graduates in the northern province of Sri Lanka by KU Business consultants,have revealed that over 90 percent of them have good knowledge on the topics they have learned in the universities but not proper applied skills to be employed .
G-Aspire designed in such a way ,to give hands on practical skills that groom them to be employed and cope with the current world.
